Scandinavia

Scandinavia is a region in northern Europe consisting of three countries: Denmark, Norway and Sweden. If you include Finland and Iceland, you are talking about the Nordic Countries.

Scandinavia is the largest region in Europe, well known for its forests, lakes, volcanoes, and of course the Northern Lights. Worth a visit in Scandinavia are the free city of Christiania in Copenhagen, a Viking Ship Museum in Oslo or in Roskilde, the Tivoli Gardens theme park in Copenhagen, the Liseberg theme park in Gothenburg, the Vasa Museum in Stockholm, and many more.
