1. Terms of Use of Our Website

1.1 Our Website https://www.uniqueworldglobal.com ("Website") is owned and provided by UNIQUEWORLD LTD whose registered address is Unit 136, Stratford Workshops, Burford Road, London, E15 2SP and registered company number 7871329 (“Uniqueworld”, “Us”, “Our”).

1.2 “We”, “our” and “us” refers to UNIQUEWORLD LTD. “You” or “your” means any business, including event agencies and corporate organisations, using our Website and associated services to identify, compare, and engage destination management companies (DMCs) and destination management services such as logistics, meetings and incentive travel (“Destination Management Services”).

1.3 Capitalised terms in this paragraph (and the paragraphs above) have their defined meanings when used throughout these Terms of Use:
(a) “Concluded DMC Contract” as defined in Clause 3.5;
(b) “our Privacy Policy” is found at www.uniqueworldglobal.com/privacypolicy;
(c) “these Terms of Use” mean these terms and conditions as amended from time to time by us in accordance with paragraph 2.3.

2. General

2.1 Access to and use of our Website is subject to these Terms of Use and our Privacy Policy. By accessing and using our Website, you agree to be bound by these Terms of Use and our Privacy Policy.

2.2 If you breach any term of these Terms of Use, your right to access and use our Website ceases immediately.

2.3 We reserve the right to amend these Terms of Use at any time without notice by amending this page. Amended Terms are effective from the date posted and your continued use constitutes acceptance.

3. Our Services

3.1 Uniqueworld exclusively offers destination management services; representation services are not provided.

3.2 Our Website and consultancy enable you to identify, compare and engage DMCs and Destination Management Services.

3.3 Services may be delivered by:

Uniqueworld directly, in destinations where we have wholly owned offices; or

Independent partner DMCs in other destinations, where Uniqueworld acts as introducer and you contract directly with the partner DMC under their terms and conditions. In these cases, Uniqueworld is not responsible for delivery in those destinations.

3.4 You may request a summary of destinations served directly and those served via our partner network.

3.5 The contract for Destination Management Services is only concluded once you accept the DMC’s terms and/or enter a contract with the DMC (“Concluded DMC Contract”).

3.6 Uniqueworld ordinarily does not require a copy of the Concluded DMC Contract but may request one.

3.7 You are responsible for checking the suitability and appropriateness of Destination Management Services before engaging a DMC.

3.8 By submitting your details and/or making an application for Destination Management Services, you make an offer to obtain services from the relevant DMC on their terms and conditions.

3.9 Access to our Website:

• We aim for uninterrupted access but can suspend, restrict or terminate access at any time without liability;
• We reserve the right to modify content and data displayed on our Website at any time.

4. Permitted Use

4.1 Use our Website only for your own business purposes to seek Destination Management Services for yourself.

4.2 You cannot use our Website:

• unlawfully or fraudulently;
• to harm, threaten, abuse, harass, defame, or act in discriminatory/offensive ways;
• to update/modify third-party records;
• to tamper, reverse engineer or amend any part of the Website;
• to interfere with system or communication;
• using automated scraping/data mining tools.

You may operate a link to our Website only if fair, legal, not damaging, and not implying endorsement. We may withdraw linking permissions at any time.

5. Intellectual Property Rights

5.1 All intellectual property rights (copyright, content, images, logos, trade marks, etc) on our Website belong to us/our licensors. You may only print, copy, download or store extracts for personal use, subject to strict conditions.

5.2 You may not use content commercially or reproduce/exploit our IP without written consent.

5.3 User Content: You retain rights in any content you submit, but grant us a perpetual, irrevocable, transferable, royalty-free license to use it.

6. Exclusions of Liability

6.1 Nothing limits our liability for death or personal injury by our negligence or for our fraud.

6.2 We use reasonable efforts to ensure website accuracy but do not guarantee it and disclaim responsibility for errors or omissions.

6.3 We do not monitor or endorse DMC-provided data/content; responsibility for such information rests with the DMCs.

6.4 We do not warrant our Website is virus-free.

6.5 We are not responsible for loss or damages from inability to access or use the Website, or reliance on Website data, except where caused by our negligence.

6.6 We disclaim liability for indirect/unforeseeable losses/damages.

6.7 Reviews linked to third parties do not represent our views and we are not responsible for their accuracy.

6.8 Destination Management Services identified via our Website are provided by DMCs (or partner DMCs), over whom we have no control in partner destinations.

6.9 It is your responsibility to satisfy yourself as to Destination Management Services before contracting.

6.10 We are not responsible for loss/damage suffered in connection with Destination Management Services, Concluded DMC Contracts, or any acts/omissions/errors/defaults of a DMC.

6.11 Information/descriptions on our Website may not be complete; check directly with DMCs.

6.12 If you agree to use Destination Management Services, you contract directly with the DMC and must ensure you understand their terms.

6.13 Third party links on our Website are for information only; we disclaim responsibility for their products/services/websites/content.

6.14 Views/advice/assistance given by third parties do not represent our views; your use of third party advice is at your risk.

7. Your Responsibilities

7.1 You must use virus-checking software and take precautions before submitting data to us or DMCs.

7.2 Registration data (username/passwords) must be kept confidential; you are responsible for activities conducted under your credentials.

7.3 All data you provide must be correct, complete and accurate; we disclaim responsibility if it is misleading or incomplete.

7.4 You must check all information held by a DMC about you before obtaining services.

7.5 You must have permission from any third parties before submitting their data.

7.6 You are solely responsible for your conduct and any content (“User Content”) you provide.

7.7 You accept liability for damage, losses or expenses we incur as a result of your conduct or content.

8. Your Telephone Calls

8.1 Calls to our customer service helpline may be monitored/recorded for staff training and service improvement. Monday to Friday, 9.00am–5.30pm GMT.

9. Complaints

9.1 Contact our Customer Services Team at info@uniqueworldglobal.com for complaints.

9.2 Complaints will be resolved as quickly as possible; if not within 48 hours, you will receive an acknowledgement and a final response after investigation.

9.3 Complaints regarding DMCs/Destination Management Services should be directed to the DMC; we can assist with contact details.

10. Payment

10.1 Website use and DMC introductions/referrals are free unless we expressly agree otherwise.

10.2 Remunerated services (consultancy or otherwise outside these Terms) will be governed by separate contract terms.

10.3 Any performance/complaint disputes about Destination Management Services or a DMC must be taken up directly with the DMC.

10.4 We may notify the DMC of complaints and consult, but we are not responsible for delivery or resolution.

10.5 We bear no obligation or liability to you or the DMC for Destination Management Services.

11. Privacy

11.1 We are committed to protecting your privacy and process personal information in line with our Privacy Policy.

11.2 We may disclose information if required by law or regulatory authorities.

12. Miscellaneous

12.1 If any provision is unlawful/invalid/unenforceable, it shall be deemed deleted; other provisions remain effective.

12.2 These Terms of Use constitute the entire agreement relating to Website access/use and supersede prior agreements.

12.3 No failure or delay by us to exercise any right will constitute a waiver; partial exercise does not preclude further exercise.

13. Governing Law

13.1 These Terms of Use are governed by English law.

13.2 Jurisdiction over disputes rests with the courts of England and Wales.
