Scotland

Scotland is a country in north western Europe, the second largest of the United Kingdom. It borders England, the Irish Sea, the North Sea and the Atlantic Ocean. Its capital is Edinburgh and the largest city is Glasgow. Scotland has more than 700 islands, mostly to the north and west.

Scotland is widely known for its rich history and heritage, and its stunning nature: hills, forests, green fields, mountains, valleys, and of course its rugged coastline. It is world famous for its golf, whisky, family history, hiking, wildlife and winter sports.
