Rockies

The Rockies are a region of Canada that mostly forms the border between the British Columbia and Alberta provinces. The region is part of the Rocky Mountains, which continue into the US. Much of the Rockies is located within various national parks. The whole area is a Unesco World Heritage Site.

Worth a visit are the towns of Banff, Lake Louise, Field and Elkford, the public parks and the many forests. This is surely the place to go hiking, camping, mountaineering, fishing, hunting, mountain biking, skiing, and snowboarding.
