Myanmar

Myanmar (formerly Burma) is a country in south east Asia, bordering India, Bangladesh, China, Laos and Thailand. Its capital is Naypyidaw. Its largest city and former capital is Yangon (formerly Rangoon).

Myanmar is well known for its temples, pagodas, historical sites, beaches, landscapes, and marvellous sights. Worth a visit are Bagan, Ngapali, Thandwe, Chaung Tha, Ngwesaung, Dawei, the Mandalay Palace, Inle lake, Mrauk U, Ngapali Beach, Ngwesaung Beach, the Shwedagon Pagoda, Kyaiktiyo, Nabule Beach, and the Ayeyawaddy Dolphin Protected Area.
