Madrid

Madrid is the capital of the Kingdom of Spain and its largest municipality. Located on the river Manzanares, it is the political, economic and cultural centre of the country. It is the third largest city in the EU, after London and Berlin, and its metropolitan area is the third largest in the EU, after London and Paris. Madrid also has some of the liveliest nightlife of the world.
