Darwin

Darwin is a tropical city in northern Australia, with cultures from all over the world, but mostly from Asia. It has been recognised as a Multicultural Icon of National Significance by the Australian National Trust.

Worth a visit are the Darwin Wharf Precinct, the Fannie Bay Gaol Prison, he Burnett House, the Browns Mart, the Adelaide River War Cemetery, the Lyons Cottage, the Old Court House and Police, the Aviation Heritage Centre, the Bicentennial Park, the George Brown Darwin Botanical Gardens, Lake Alexander, the Casuarina Coastal Reserve, the Charles Darwin National Park, the Museum and Art Gallery of the Northern Territory, the Northern Territory Parliament House, the Darwin Beer Can Regatta, the Kakadu National Park, the Litchfield National Park, the Katherine Gorge, and the Tiwi Islands.
