Chile

Chile is a long small country in South America, between the Andes Mountains and the Pacific Ocean, bordering Peru, Bolivia, and Argentina. While the north has great mineral wealth in the Atacama Desert, the south is filled with forests, grazing lands, volcanoes and lakes, with fjords, inlets, canals, peninsulas and islands on the coast. Chile is a founding member of the United Nations, the Union of South American Nations (UNASUR) and the Community of Latin American and Caribbean States (CELAC).
